Normally we provide unlimited photos depending upon size of property or best-looking features of the house. There is no maximum or minimum, our expert Real Estate Photographer know, and they do their best to capture best feature of the house.

For the property between 1000 sq. ft or up to 2600 sq. ft maximum 45min. It may be different depending on certain conditions or add-ons please inquire before booking.

We understand de-clutter house, moving stuff, toys, clothing or adjusting small things can make difference for pictures and video looking great therefore we encourage all realtors to prepare their listing properties before we get in to house or advise home owner to prepare property as they want.
